My holiday visit to Ecole P

Olla! How did you spend your last public holiday? As for me, another dating time with Mr.G! And finally we went to Ecole P. Another strike off from the wanted to visit list :D

Heard about Ecole P for awhile, it is a type of cafe that will bring back memories to you because of the environment and decoration.

I like the lil rotan horse there! Is just looks so cute over there.

A corner section that full of tid bits

Something very old school.. being decorated. I love the Koperasi sections!

I still miss tikam. A type of games I used to play whenever i walk into a convenient store. You will either get some toys or candys from the number that you choose.

The exercise book type of menu

The Beverage Menu - Love the Mocktail section. Love how they name their beverages with the cartons show i used to watch.

Those sentences that i find it to be classic. Tag line we used to say - Tak Faham Lah..

Drinks being served in the plastic bag, tight half way. We used to walk around with drink like that but in Ecole P, they use a mug to hold it. I ordered spongebob while Mr.G has his peanut butter shake.

Chicken meal! Love the coleslaw

How many of you used to play with this??

Before i left, i got myself this.. something memorable to me :D

Dove Skindulgence brought me to Krabi

Krabi has been in my wish list for awhile, and finally I'm able to travel there all thanks to Dove I'm now able to be a happy tourist for the weekend.

Now all getting ready to depart :)

Day one is all about food! After arriving in Krabi, we were transfer to A-Hud Seafood for lunch. Soon after lunch and hotel check in, we were then transfer to Ya's Home Restaurant for cooking class!
Is was such a fun time learning how to cook all the signature Thai cuisines!

Group Photo of us

Food that we cooked. Included pad thai, green curry, tomyam, papaya salad, fried basil with minced meat.

While for day-2 we went to Emerald Pool instead of Phi Phi Island cause of the heavy down pour the day before. Because of that, the hot spring were cancelled as well. Water in hot spring was not cleared.

Just like the name, Emerald.

One of the fun tour-mate i met during the trip.

Tiger Cave Temple

Last dinner we had in Krabi :)

As Day-3 we had yoga class in the morning.

Learning how to do Tree Pose - trying to balance myself

She is our yoga guru during that day. One fun and relaxing class before we kiss each other goodbye!

{REVIEW} Detox with TRUDTOX

Have you ever feeling bloated for after a big meal or after drinking water? I do feel that especially after a big meal or after dinning out. That is a sign of telling me something if wrong with my body and I'll need to detox! First to flush out toxins and waste then strengthen our body's natural detox system! Is very important for us to do regular detox to maintain our internal organs health. But how can I do that??

All thanks to TruDtox Tea for the rescue!

Why TruDtox? Because it does not contains senna and approved by the Ministry of Health(MOH)! Is important that the health product we consume is approved by MOH as they'll examine every single ingredients and make sure it will not harm our body. TruDtox tea contains high quality herbs and floras that are traditionally used for aiding body detoxification and also to strengthen our body's detoxification organs. It too works gently and it does not contain any harsh laxatives that can cause bowel dependency. It is safe, gentle and suitable for regular use. Because it is a botaniceutical which means every ingredients are pure strong base of botanical extract.

Is suggested to use 2-3 times per week or whenever you want. Just brew the tea in hot water for about 20-30 minutes!

As for me, I do like how the tea smells like because of the chamomile and some menthol fragrance. I did not feel any kick from my first sachet but do feel some differences when I continue for the week. Probably the first day I only consume one cup? While the following second and third day I took an average about 2-3cups. Just refill hot water into my cup. Other than that, I do drank plenty of water as well to help detoxing myself.

For my second day I do feel less bloated and also extra trips to the toilet because of the extra bowel movement. After consuming the tea for 3 days i do notice my poo looks more dark in colour and felt like I poo out extra toxin out too! Which I'm satisfy with it! It does helps me to regulate my toilet time. Good for people who has constipation. I often took it during the day time so I can expect my toilet time during late evening time. Which I believe sleep after poo session is better because your organs carry less toxins inside.YAY! But different individual experience it differently. Some might have bowel movement 2-3 hours after consuming it but some needs to take longer hours.

After consuming it for a week, I do felt more energetic and more concentration during work times. Did not feel easily tired. Besides, skin looks better too! This tea is something essential for me as I dine out most of the time. Something that I'll love to continue taking to help me detox and also share this new love to my friends! Because,
GOOD THINGS MUST SHARE! :D

You can find them in most of the drugstores like Guardian or Watson selling at the price of RM89.90 or you may order online from Lazada or Plincco

For more information you can read HERE or from their Facebook Page too!

That day when I'm a Tourist in Labuan

Labuan, a small island in Borneo. The place where i grew up.
Lovely, peaceful and quiet. Everything is on slow pace.

The 'Mystery' Chimney built in the 1980's. It was made up with up to 23,000 pieces imported bricks from England and with a height of 106 feet (32.3088 meters)

The Peace Park. This place was build by the Japanese as they felt guilty for what their ancestors did. Peace Park also acts as a promise to peace and mankind. It is also a tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in WWII

Japanese Surrender Point where they Japs officially surrender the island to Australia ruling.

War Memorial Park. A place to remember those soldiers who fought for the land. They are either Australian, British, New Zealand and some from the Punjab Signal Corp and some locals.

Epicuro @ Damansara Uptown

Have been reading good review about Epicuro for awhile especially for the cakes. So there's this one fine day we decided to dine here since we're nearby.

The interior of the restaurant. Is just some simple and cozy place if you wanna hang out and catch up with your friend.

Soon after we were seated by the waitress, quickly go through the menu and order our food as if we are the hungry ghost.

Appetizer - Calamari Rings
Mr.G always has this craving for sotong.

Fish and Chips! Heard is one of their signature dish!

How can you resist not to order this Balsamic Glazed Pork Ribs! Taste yum but a bit pricey for me

I have always fancy towards Lamb Shank! Love how tender the meat it is to eat with the cauliflower puree instead of mashed potatoes

Pork Chop with mushroom cream sauces! I'm loving this and can't get enough of the mushroom cream sauces.

Nutella Hazelnut Choco Cake as our dessert of the day!
