First Day of Work

Yesterday, was my first day of work in the new company. Things there were different from my previous 'tiada harapan'. Everyone there were on time(i mean come to work on time), no more yam cha in the coffee shop half way(in the future i don't know), and no more internet surfing during office hour for me! :(

well, it isn't any big deal for that. I mean every place there must be a set of rules and regulation. Then only we'll get to behave ourselves. Or else, everyone will be like in this 'tiada harapan'. Can come to work whenever time they wanted and go home before finish working hours.

At first i thought that my first day of work will be very boring, sitting down on my place and doing nothing, looking around and day dreaming. BUT, i was totally WRONG! The first day the new company, i'm loaded with some task. Things that i've never and have not do before. Calculate OT, payroll, traveling claim, budget for monthly payment, filing, updated creditors list, updated salary list and more. Although these task are not like those i used to do before, but I've LEARN something new in the new company. And yet concentrating with my work. hahaha...

After so many months there in 'tiada harapan' having long long lunch hours, or maybe i can say like whenever u feel like wanna to eat something, u can always go out and have a break! But now in the new company, i cant practice the old way anymore. I've have to look on the time. and watch out of it. And make everything fast. Well, one hour lunch break is actually enough for everything. hahaha...

Office there is simple, with no music, but some of them will bring their own mp3 player and plug it on. somehow i've to learn to get used and fit myself in the new environment and made myself flexible. In everything.

i'm free!!!

Finally, i'm no longer under 'Tiada Harapan".

I'm happy with it. I do not need to see those people with fake faces, fake caring, fake friendship and everything fake!

I'm now looking forward to my new job!!

backstabber, annoying lady

Now then i realize that actually we cant just be too close with someone in a company. Especially those with power, authority and those people that are close with the boss.
You'll easily become something on top of the surgery table. Being operate by them.
No matter how hard you work for the company, even thought the boss knew it. But the boss will always being brain washed by those people in the company.
They wont get rid of people that that liked but cant work. But will then get rid of those who can work but cant please them. What on earth is this.. i sometimes really cant understand.

Recently, there's this one young(consider young and just married) lady join in the Eastet Agent department. i really dont understand what is in her mind. What made her so annoying until almost all of them in the company ignore her. of cuz included me as well. She started to annoy me just few days after she has join the company.
I cant see much result and things that she do compare to the old margarita. At lease margarita is aggressive and do bring back sales and result. But to her, the things that i see is that she only know how to talk and complain but do nothing. When others wanna to teach her something she'll like always, nevermind, we'll know how to do. OMG... even thought u have working experience but it does not mean that people who has less working experience cannot teach u anything? why cant she learn to accept others opinion before she add hers in?? Why must she always get those who are just in the higher level but not in the situation to judge things??
Dont she knows that everyone is ignoring her right now? because of her annoying attitude?

Just wish for the best and she'll realize and solve it out.
